Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law. This role requires excellent legal research skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues while providing sound legal advice to clients. The Staff Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting our firm’s mission to deliver exceptional legal services.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a variety of issues related to environmental, patent, securities, and immigration law.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings as necessary.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
Utilize Lexis-Nexis and other legal research tools to support case preparation.
Maintain organized records of all legal documents and correspondence in accordance with law office protocols.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Strong skills in legal research, particularly using Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a law office setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,275.00 – $98,610.00 per year
