Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organizations.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the digital asset space, including fiat ramps and marketing agreements.
Support day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents.
Work closely with product, operations, admin, and risk teams to enable business initiatives across MENA and globally.
Monitor and interpret developments in the digital asset space in MENA and provide updates.
Assist in training and mentoring junior lawyers.
Requirements
3-6 years PQE with experience in loan/finance transactions from a global law firm or reputable in-house organization.
Strong understanding of drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
Familiarity with MENA legal frameworks, especially in UAE and Bahrain.
