We're looking for a commercially minded Legal Advisor to join our team in Malta. If you thrive at the intersection of law and business; handling everything from contract negotiations to cross-border transactions; this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Advise on corporate and commercial legal matters, both local (Maltese) and international
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents
- Manage company structuring, governance, and compliance
- Support international transactions and cross-border legal matters
- Identify legal risks and deliver practical, business-focused solutions
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities
What You Bring
- Qualified lawyer in Malta or a relevant jurisdiction
- 3–5+ years of experience in corporate & commercial law
- Solid exposure to both local Maltese and international legal matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- A commercial mindset; you understand business, not just law
