Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate end-to-end commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing, IT, and other key agreements.
- Provide legal advisory across business functions; identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Standardize and finalize product documentation for new offerings and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks across diverse business segments.
The Successful Applicant
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- A degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts within banking, financial services, or law firms.
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
