Litigation Paralegal
Location: Orlando, FL
Employment Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (In-office for the first 90 days, then hybrid with three remote days per week)
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team in managing all aspects of case preparation and trial support. This role requires an experienced professional with a deep understanding of Florida and U.S. District Court laws, e-discovery protocols, and trial procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain case files, including electronic and hard-copy documentation.
Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, affidavits, and discovery responses.
Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and judicial decisions.
Oversee the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and subpoenas.
Organize trial materials, including evidence, exhibits, deposition summaries, and pleadings.
Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and depositions.
Coordinate trial logistics, including setting up remote office operations and liaising with vendors and clients.
File court documents accurately and efficiently, including electronic filings with relevant administrative agencies.
Utilize litigation support software and e-discovery databases to streamline document management and case tracking.
Provide administrative support, including task delegation to department assistants and file clerks.
Qualifications & Requirements

Paralegal Certificate/Degree OR a minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience.
Extensive knowledge of Florida and U.S. District Court procedures, e-discovery, and trial preparation.
Proven ability to manage litigation cases from intake through trial.
Experience in trial logistics coordination and setting up remote office operations.
Proficiency in document management systems, e-discovery tools, and litigation support software.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative legal team.
