Small Collection firm is expanding due to client success. Seeking experienced collections staff to help manage portfolio of collection files. Experience with collection calls and debtor contact a plus. Prior experience handling file intake, complaint filing, litigation timing including pre-suit settlement, Motion preparation and filing and post judgment garnishment, liens and judgment enforcement. Have established seasoned staff but need additional help due to increase in file volume.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
