Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiation and finalization of clinical trial contracts
• Analyze sponsor proposed contract language for negotiation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update internal contract templates
• Implement improvements to contract tracking processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
