The Role Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters Handle new and existing claims, including litigated files Attend Court hearings and client meetings Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals Prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions and schedules Value claims and negotiate settlements About you A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience A proven track record handling high-value claims Strong client care and communication skills Experience working within a target-driven environment Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail If you are an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a supportive and reputable firm with a strong presence and excellent long-term career prospects.
