We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to join our growing Investment Migration team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and is passionate about client service, compliance, and operational excellence.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will support clients throughout the investment migration program processes, ensuring applications are handled efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Application Management
- Manage investment migration applications from onboarding through submission and ongoing servicing.
- Collect, review, and organize client documentation using internal systems and automation tools.
- Prepare complete application files for review and submission.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, providing timely and professional updates throughout the application process.
- Track application timelines, outstanding requirements, and overall client satisfaction.
AML & Compliance Support
- Conduct AML/KYC checks and basic Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) assessments.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance risks, inconsistencies, or red flags.
- Request additional documentation and supporting evidence where required.
- Maintain accurate onboarding and compliance records in line with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies regarding application progress and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with intermediaries, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth case progression.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs within HubSpot and internal systems.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, engagement documents, and invoices.
- Support invoice follow-ups and payment tracking.
- Ensure applications are submitted within established timelines.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment migration working on residency and citizenship programs.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in legal services, compliance, financial services, or client relationship management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC and due diligence processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
