Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and emotionally mature Customer Relationship Manager to handle client communication, case coordination, and internal updates.

This role is critical, as you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed, supported, and handled with professionalism at every stage of their case.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for clients for all case-related updates

Provide regular and timely updates to clients on their case progress

Maintain and update daily case diaries and internal tracking systems

Coordinate with advocates to ensure accurate communication of case status

Handle sensitive client situations with emotional stability and professionalism

Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships

Ensure proper file management and documentation

Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure no delays or gaps

Be proactive in identifying issues and resolving them efficiently

What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (mandatory)

Emotionally stable, calm, and composed under pressure

Ability to handle sensitive and high-stress client situations

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Quick learner with the ability to understand legal processes

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Ability to be firm yet empathetic with clients

Proactive mindset — does not wait for instructions

Preferred Background

Experience in client handling/customer relationship roles

Experience in legal field/law firms is an added advantage

Familiarity with basic legal processes is a plus
