Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Full or part time, salary or hourly. Flexible, collaborative work environment with quality-of-life priority. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to ensure the highest quality of legal service is delivered to our clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters as required.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to Colorado bar.
Experience or strong interest in litigation is preferred.
Proficiency in legal drafting and litigation processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team within a law office environment.
