About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of a well-known and established Business Setup and Tax Advisory firm in Dubai. The company specializes in company formation, corporate structuring, bank account opening, international taxation, private equity, compliance, and commercial advisory services.
They are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Consultant / Manager to manage client relationships, understand customer requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of business setup and advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage all client account-related matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Handle client requirements related to company formation, visa processing, bank account opening, licensing, and other corporate services.
- Coordinate with Free Zones, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DED/DET), banks, and other government authorities to complete client requests.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding application progress and service delivery.
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements.
- Address client concerns and manage issue escalations effectively.
- Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client services.
- Support administrative tasks and assist with the preparation of company marketing materials.
- Provide Russian translation support when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Taxation, Compliance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business setup, corporate services, client relationship management, account management, or a similar role in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone and Mainland company formation procedures.
- Experience dealing with government authorities, licensing processes, visas, and corporate documentation.
- Knowledge of UAE and international banking requirements, company and individual bank account opening processes, and AML regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Russian or Italian language skills will be considered an advantage.
- Strong client management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
