Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for the team.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory personnel as needed.
Monitor deadlines and maintain a calendar for legal tasks.
Provide administrative support to the Legal team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
At least 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably in banking or financial services
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and document management
Experience with legal research tools preferred
High level of discretion
Compensation & Benefits:
Anticipated salary for this role will begin at $60,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and location.
