Claims Contract Attorney / Business Analyst:
We are seeking a Claims Contract Attorney / Business Analyst to join our team and support complex legal claims and business processes. If you have a strong legal background with a knack for business analysis and claims management, we encourage you to apply!
The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing legal documents, managing claims processes, and coordinating with internal teams to develop procedures for high-volume claims. This role requires strong legal expertise, business analysis skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable workflows.
Claims Contract Attorney / Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret legal documents to develop processing solutions and procedural guidelines.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful claim resolutions.
Coordinate with attorneys to establish workflows for complex transactional claims.
Research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other documentation for litigation and business operations.
Provide project support for class-action lawsuits, including data collection and legal analysis.
Assist in legal research and policy analysis related to employment, environmental, and claims-based litigation.
Develop and maintain clear documentation for legal and claims processing procedures.
Claims Contract Attorney / Business Analyst
Qualifications:
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission required.
3+ years of experience in legal analysis, claims management, or business process documentation.
Background in business analysis, legal research, and claims processing preferred.
Experience working with class-action litigation, employment law, or environmental law is a plus.
Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in legal and business documentation tools.
