We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Demand Letter Writer. Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional and meticulous writer. The job includes, and is not limited to, reviewing a client’s file and drafting persuasive demand packages for the insurance company. You must be knowledgeable in medical terminology and be able to work independently.
This position requires persuasive writing skills. Candidates must be able to express and summarize the facts, identify and address issues, create liability arguments, explain medical injuries, and be able to articulate, in detail, how the injuries have affected the injured Plaintiff, while also humanizing clients so they are not viewed as just a number.
Prior experience drafting personal injury demands required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, possess the ability to work with others, be precise and organized.

Compensation- 60,000+ Negotiable DOE, Work from Anywhere (Local Preferred)

Responsibilities:
Compose detailed and persuasive demand letters for a variety of personal injury cases.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to gather necessary information and understand case specifics.
Ensure that each letter accurately reflects the client’s impact on the injuries and damages.
Manage multiple cases with varying deadlines, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Contact team members to discuss requests and provide timely updates.
Review medical records and bills to verify that all have been accounted for.

Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) in writing demand letters for personal injury cases, particularly car crashes.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong research and analytical skills that ensure comprehensive and factually accurate letters.
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Receptive to learning, improving, and being part of a team committed to excelling.
Knowledge of the Neos case management software, not required, but it is a plus.
ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, or a bachelor’s degree strongly desired.
