We currently have an opening in Modesto for a full-time attorney who will work directly with case managers to help clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a passion to advocate for our clients.
Duties include:
Client interviews
Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, other attorneys and experts
Negotiating settlements
Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies
