Litigation Paralegal – Join Our Growing Team
Condon Paxos PLLC in Nanuet is seeking an experienced
Litigation Paralegal
to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and
detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling litigation matters
from inception through Trial
Responsibilities include
· Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation
· Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery demands and
responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents
· Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court appearances
· Coordinate and schedule depositions, examinations, conferences, and
meetings
· Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel,
experts, and other parties
· Assist with document production and discovery
· Prepare materials for depositions, motions, hearings, and trials
· E-file documents with state and federal courts
· Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed
Qualifications
· Prior litigation paralegal experience required
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/case-management software
· Familiarity with electronic court filing systems
· Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a
small-firm environment
