We’re looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our growing team in Tauranga. You’ll work across a varied and engaging mix of disputes including commercial litigation, property disputes, contract and debt recovery matters, insolvency-related issues, and relationship and trust disputes.

What you’ll be doing
• Advising clients on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes
• Managing litigation matters from initial advice through to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and settlement documentation
• Appearing in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years’ PQE in civil litigation
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
• A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring or being mentored
