Job Description :
Our client is looking to expand their Litigation team with an individual who shares their values and passion for providing quality legal services, expert advice, and advocacy in various areas of law, primarily plaintiff-oriented.
This position requires a well-organized candidate who :
is a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
possesses at least 2 years of relevant experience.
has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
is extremely detail-oriented.
has sound judgment.
can manage and organize their caseload from start to finish with minimal oversight.
possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
has strong business acumen, along with negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills.
is self-motivated.
can effectively communicate with clients about updates before, during, and after case proceedings.
can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
has a genuine passion for litigation.
