Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate Attorney to
join our dynamic team
. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in litigation, a
strong work ethic
, and a passion for
advocacy
. You will be responsible for managing a
diverse
caseload, handling all aspects of litigation, and working closely with senior attorneys on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and litigate a variety of cases, including commercial, civil, and corporate disputes
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
Engage in client communications and strategy development
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and legal strategies
Negotiate settlements and attend mediation sessions when necessary
Stay current with developments in litigation and legal trends
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in PA
5-10 years of litigation (insurance defense/workers’ compensation) experience in a law firm or equivalent setting
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience in discovery, motions, and trial preparation is preferred
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
