This role requires a proactive approach to litigation, exceptional legal drafting skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in court and other legal proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in litigation matters concerning personal injury.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case developments and provide sound legal advice.
