Customer service driven real estate law firm based in Tucson with a heavy focus on community association law is searching for an associate attorney.
Smith & Wamsley is a well-established and respected community association law firm with offices in Phoenix and Tucson. We are hiring an associate attorney with three to five years of experience in real estate, community association law, or litigation. This position works closely with clients to provide superior customer service and legal advice. This position will be responsible for all facets of case management and will play an integral role in developing cases towards settlement or trial. Associate will also be responsible for some general corporate counsel work in addition to litigation. The ideal candidate will already be licensed in Arizona. However, we will consider candidates admitted in other jurisdictions provided an Arizona Bar license can be obtained.
The firm offers a comfortable and collaborative office culture with a focus on work-life balance. Annual billable quota under 1,600 hours. Salary dependent upon experience.
