Duties:
Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on personal injury, contracts, commercial disputes, real estate, and construction law.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in relevant areas of law.
Provide strategic advice to clients and offer solutions to complex legal issues.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case preparation and trial strategy.
Requirements:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury, contracts, and real estate law, is preferred but not mandatory.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to become licensed upon graduation).
Skills:

Ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
