Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Community Association Collection Attorney to join our Collections Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of collection matters on behalf of condominium and homeowner associations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full lifecycle of community association collection matters including demand letters, lien filings, foreclosure actions, and post-judgment remedies.
Advise association boards and management companies regarding collection processes and legal strategies.
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with applicable state laws and court procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting in case management systems.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
Qualifications
Must be licensed by the Florida Bar and a member in good standing.
2+ years of experience in collections, foreclosure, or community association law preferred.
Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes relating to condominium and homeowner associations (Chapters 718 and 720).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage caseload efficiently and with attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $122,810.00 per year
