Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Acquisition Expert to join our Client Engagement team. This role is pivotal in the client intake process—taking qualified leads and turning them into signed clients by walking them through next steps, addressing their concerns, and showcasing the value of our legal team. The ideal candidate is a people-person with a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with qualified leads (via phone, email, or video) to guide them through the final intake steps
Clearly explain the scope of representation, retainer agreements, payment options, and next steps
Address any objections or concerns with empathy and knowledge
Follow up with potential clients who have not yet retained services
Collaborate with attorneys and the intake team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients
Track communication, notes, and status updates in Clio (case management software)
Assist with sending retainer agreements and processing payment links
Report weekly conversion metrics to the Director of Client Engagement
Uphold Fighter Law’s brand, tone, and core values in every interaction
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, legal intake, or customer service preferred
Experience working in a law firm, especially with personal injury, criminal, or family law, is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion
Comfortable using technology (Clio, Dialpad, Outlook, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven
