Duties
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including construction law, insurance disputes, and professional liability cases.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage all aspects of case preparation, including depositions, discovery, and trial strategy.
Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Provide strategic counsel to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and execution.
Requirements
Minimum of two years of legal experience in civil litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Experience conducting depositions and courtroom advocacy.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Indiana State Bar in good standing.
Certifications
Active license to practice law in Indiana.
