Responsibilities:
Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trials.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
Advise clients on litigation risks, legal strategies, and case outcomes.
Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage client relationships.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
Stay up-to-date on developments in relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
2-5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and preparing for trial.
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Admission to the state bar.
