Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a New Client Concierge dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while playing a vital role in retaining new clients.

Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 per year plus annual bonus potential up to $20,000
Responsibilities:
Provide a concierge client experience to potential new clients
Handle interactions with empathy and authority
Engage with potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm
Facilitate a smooth transition to attorney consultations
Utilize our phone systems to ensure a seamless client experience
Meet expected monthly performance metrics for appointments set with attorneys
Monthly data management and reporting
Ensure all case intake legal documents are processed, signed, and executed properly
Provide clerical support to the operations team as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
Critical thinking skills
Pro-active, results-oriented mindset
Flexibility, optimism, and empathy toward individuals dealing with matrimonial issues
Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary
Reliability, accuracy, and responsibility in all tasks
Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office and Clio is a plus
