Chief Traffic Law Attorney – Legal Tech Startup (Remote) Jobs in Florida at Ticket Takedown LLC

CDF is seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and service-oriented professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats and handling a wide range of support-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a law firm environment with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and office service needs for attorneys and staff in the Irvine office and will work closely with the Office Services Manager. The Administrative Assistant will present in a professional manner in line with the firm’s culture, all while upholding a positive attitude and “can do” spirit. This position is based in the Irvine office.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

· Supporting attorneys and staff by copying and scanning projects and emailing to the Team
· Document editing
· Back up phone coverage for reception and attorneys
· Assisting with administrative duties such as mail distribution and processing, overnight courier envelopes and packages, validating guest parking, etc.
· Preparing and processing promotional materials for Marketing Department
· Inputting attorney time entries into the billing system for one attorney
· File room maintenance and organization, including off-site storage
· Relocating digital files to an archive location on the network
· Other administrative responsibilities as requested or assigned

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook (some Excel)
· Must know Windows 10
· Above average knowledge of computer operations, including data entry, typing experience, and web searching

Physical Demands:
· Ability to lift, pull, grasp, bend, and reach frequently
· Ability to squat occasionally
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
· Intermittent sitting and standing

Visual Demands:
· Computer monitor and reading

Work Environment:
· Work is conducted in a high-rise office building setting
· Flexible work environment

Required Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution

Required Experience:

· Two years of experience in an office environment. Law office experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
