Position Demands
Position / Job Title: Chief Manager Compliance and Legal
Reporting: AVP – Legal
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 12-15 Years of relevant experience
Qualification: CS or LLB / LLM
**Must have working knowledge and expertise in running compliance tool for larger organisations with various units
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Ensuring compliances at all project site, plant, corporate
Ensuring monitoring and reporting of compliances on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Development and implementation of Legal Risk Management Module (LRMM) in collaboration with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) including tracking of compliances through Avacom, Enforce and similar compliance software system
Identification, assessment and reporting to Board on all risks with respect to compliances
Conducting compliance committee meetings, doing follow-ups and getting compliances done on ground
Maintaining tracker for non-compliances and taking steps to resolve non-compliances
Coordinating, managing external and internal audits for compliances and legal tools
Assessment and analysis of financial exposure of non-compliances
