Saeedian Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills serving clients in Los Angeles and throughout California. We are seeking an experienced candidate to serve as a Litigation Paralegal, responsible for providing support to attorneys at all stages of litigation matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
Willingness to work overtime if needed
Proficiency in Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court rules
Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail
Must be detail orientated, organized with excellent follow through in order to meet multiple deadlines. Candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain electronic filing of pleadings
Manage and coordinate attorney calendars
Prepare and respond to discovery requests, review relevant documents, and conduct legal research
Draft various legal documents, including subpoenas, complaints, summons, and discovery materials
File lawsuits and draft motions
Assist in compiling trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials
Spanish speaking is a plus
Salary based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
