Requirements:
Must hold an EU passport
Must have one of the following certifications: CPA, CFA, or ACCA
5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience / senior financial management role.
Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
Deep knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
High level of integrity, dependability, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a hands-on approach.
