Position: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

THE ROLE:
Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
• You will own the compliance function, building out the compliance program from scratch.
• Work closely with the firm’s counsel and the Founder – tremendous exposure to upper management.
• Liaison with the finance team, investors, legal, etc. on all compliance matters.
• Draft & implement compliance procedures and policies.
• Work directly with the law firms.
• Work on compliance/legal aspects of the marketing materials.
• Allocate trades in accordance with compliance standards.
• Facilitate compliance matters to the valuation committee.
• In-house compliance training.
• Work with the software developer to approve compliance related systems.
• Regulatory communications.
• ADV and other documents.
• Chance to build out the team.
• Work on special unique projects and firm-wide initiatives.
COMPENSATION:
Up to $425k total comp.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years of related compliance experience working at an investment advisor/private equity firm.
• JD preferred.
