Role Description
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously enhancing the organization’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on regulatory risk, ethical standards, and governance practices that support sustainable business operations.
The CCO oversees the design and implementation of compliance programs, including policy development, risk assessments, monitoring systems, and internal controls.
