Through our platform ecosystem, we connect investors with qualified renewable energy opportunities across solar, battery storage, EV charging, wind, hydro, and other infrastructure sectors.

Our primary business function is capital formation—bringing institutional and private capital into projects that are ready for acquisition, development, construction, or long-term ownership.

We are seeking a Chief Capital Officer (CCO) to build and lead Ancestro’s Capital Markets and Investor Relations division.

Working directly with the Founder & CEO, the CCO will be responsible for raising capital, structuring investment products, managing investor relationships, and developing the systems required to deploy capital across Ancestro’s global platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all capital raising activities across debt, equity, and project finance

• Build and manage Ancestro’s Investor Relations department

• Develop relationships with family offices, infrastructure funds, private equity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors

• Structure project investment offerings and investment funds

• Coordinate with legal, compliance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure institutional-grade execution

• Develop investor onboarding, reporting, due diligence, and communication processes

• Advise executive leadership on capital strategy, acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives

Ideal Qualifications

• Proven track record raising institutional capital

• Experience in infrastructure, project finance, private equity, investment banking, capital markets, or renewable energy finance

• Existing investor network and fundraising experience

• Strong understanding of fund structures, debt and equity financing, investor relations, and regulatory requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build teams and systems from the ground up
