About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Charter Flights Analyst to support the administrative and operational coordination of domestic and international charter flights. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution, accurate financial follow-up, and excellent service delivery in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational follow-up for charter flight operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Treasury, Airports, and Billing.
  • Monitor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and prepayments related to charter operations.
  • Prepare operational, financial, and commercial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and administrative process optimization.
  • Follow up on contracts, documentation, and client requirements.
  • Maintain operational databases, trackers, and controls.
  • Support logistics coordination for special flights and operational requests.
  • Identify administrative risks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist with audits and documentation reviews.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations, logistics, finance, or related areas.
  • Experience working in aviation, tourism, logistics, or transportation industries is a plus.
