We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support NCR Atleos’ global channel business through strong contract coordination, partner onboarding support, and operational governance. This role will work closely with Channel Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and internal stakeholders to support the preparation, review, execution, and tracking of channel partner agreements, amendments, addenda, and related documentation.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of contract structures, legal documentation, approval workflows, and operational controls. The role is focused on ensuring that partner agreements and related contract processes are accurate, well-coordinated, properly documented, and aligned with internal standards. This position also supports process improvement initiatives designed to reduce contracting delays, improve template governance, and strengthen visibility across the channel contracting lifecycle.

Position Summary

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Coordinate the preparation, review, processing, execution, and maintenance of channel partner agreements, amendments, addenda, engagement letters, NDAs, and related contractual documentation.
  • Act as an operational liaison between Channel Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Service teams, and partners to support smooth contract execution and timely resolution of open items.
  • Support partner onboarding by coordinating required documentation, due diligence inputs, contract packages, approval requirements, and follow-up actions with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and support contract templates, forms, contract repositories, and related guidance materials, including updates to channel contract forms and template instructions.
  • Track contract status, approval progress, open actions, legal review items, signed documentation, and storage/archive requirements to ensure visibility and audit readiness.
  • Support standardization of regional contracting processes by documenting agreements used, approval steps, storage requirements, and process ownership across the channel business.
  • Identify bottlenecks and process gaps in the contracting lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders to understand root causes, and help implement practical improvements to reduce contract cycle time.
  • Assist with Salesforce, partner data, and reporting alignment where contract execution or partner record accuracy depends on accurate channel partner information.
  • Support contract-related communications, partner letters, and operational documentation connected to partner agreements, amendments, renewals, or contracting changes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, sales operations, channel operations, partner management support, or a similar business operations role.
  • Experience working with contracts, agreements, amendments, addenda, legal documentation, approval workflows, or contract repositories in a business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open actions across stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Service teams, and external partners in a professional and structured manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM, CLM, document management, or contract tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel partner programs, partner onboarding, or partner contracting activities.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal intake processes, template governance, and cross-functional approval coordination.
  • Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign/CLM tools, Legal Tracker, SharePoint, or similar contract/document management platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and coordinate stakeholders across regions.
