RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare the paperwork from title clerks(including copying) to send to Shelby County Clerk’s Office for processing.
Confirm accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens and that all titles contain no alterations.
Verify paperwork once returned from Clerk’s Office for accuracy.
Place decals on plates, mail post card to customers, make copies of all completed title applications purchased.
File all completed car deals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Positive customer satisfaction results
Team-oriented attitude
Organizational, communication and computer skills
Willing to learn and grow with a fast moving company
