Our client is seeking a Case Specialist to support arbitration cases within its regulatory forum. This role involves researching, reviewing, analyzing, and processing legal documents related to arbitration proceedings. The Case Specialist functions as an administrative professional who independently handles routine matters while managing more complex issues under general supervision. This position offers strong exposure to financial regulation, dispute resolution, and arbitration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support arbitration cases in a Case Specialist / Paralegal-type role
- Research, review, analyze, and process legal documents, including pleadings filed in the company’s arbitration forum
- Assist with arbitration procedures, case strategy, and compliance with procedural codes
- Apply analytical judgment when reviewing case materials and identifying issues
- Perform professional administrative work while continuing to build legal, regulatory, and industry knowledge
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
