Core Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
- Lead client onboarding and maintain organized, up-to‑date files
- Order and review police reports, medical records, and billing
- Track medical treatment and damages development
- Communicate regularly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
- Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
- Escalate cases to litigation when necessary

- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure
You take ownership of your files and move cases forward without constant oversight.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury pre‑litigation experience preferred
- Familiarity with California court rules and procedures
- Ability to review medical records and summarize damages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
