Case Manager Supervisor – Personal Injury Jobs in Beverly Hills, CA at Saeedian Law Group
Saeedian Law Group is a prestigious personal Injury law firm located in Beverly Hills. We are seeking an experienced Case Manager Supervisor to lead our pre-litigation case management team. This role is ideal for a seasoned case manager who’s ready to step into a leadership position — someone who can train, motivate, and hold a team accountable while still understanding the day-to-day realities of managing a personal injury caseload.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of case managers, providing guidance on file strategy, client communication, and case resolution
- Monitor team caseloads to ensure files are progressing efficiently from intake through settlement
- Review case files for quality control, identifying gaps in documentation, treatment gaps, or missed deadlines
- Maintain and manage an individual caseload of pre-litigation files as needed
- Track medical providers, liens, and lienholders across the team’s cases
- Coordinate with attorneys to strategize case direction, valuation, and resolution
- Handle escalated client concerns and complex case issues
- Conduct bi-weekly case reviews with team members
- Ensure the team’s compliance with firm policies, procedures, and case management software standards
- Assist with training of new case managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of personal injury case management experience (pre-litigation required)
- 1+ years of experience supervising, leading, or training a team
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, medical terminology, and insurance claims/negotiation processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
PREFERENCES:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Working knowledge of Filevine software
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
