Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Case Manager/Paralegal with experience in personal injury and auto accident cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, and able to guide clients through every step of their claim.
Spanish-speaking (bilingual English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to our client base and frequent client communication. Candidates must be comfortable speaking with clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a docket of pre-litigation auto accident cases from intake through settlement
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation
- Monitor client treatment, identify gaps, and ensure records remain up to date
- Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and case summaries
- Assist with correspondence, negotiations, and general case management tasks
- Ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently
- Update case management software and maintain organized digital files
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of personal injury experience preferred, specifically motor vehicle accident cases
- Knowledge of insurance claims, medical terminology, and treatment timelines
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with case management software (Needles/Neos, Litify, or similar is a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
