Job Description
Manage litigation files from case intake through trial or settlement
Review, organize, and summarize medical and legal documents
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties
Prepare legal filings, discovery responses, and hearing materials
Assist with trial preparation and deadlines tracking
Maintain attorney calendars and court schedules
Perform both administrative and legal support functions
Qualifications
At least 1 year of litigation case management experience in a law firm
Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
Experience with medical injury or product liability cases is a plus
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
