About the Opportunity
A growing and client-focused personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its legal team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients through difficult situations, and can confidently manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

We’re looking for a highly organized professional who can balance multiple priorities while providing exceptional client service and ensuring every case progresses efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the life of their case.
- Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers regarding client care and records.
- Review and summarize medical records and bills to support case development.
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and liability.
- Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages and settlement documentation.
- Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate documentation within the firm’s case management system.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal staff.
- Ensure files remain organized, complete, and compliant with firm procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual English/SPANISH
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury case management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process.
- Experience reviewing medical records and coordinating treatment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active files.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with legal case management software such as Filevine, Clio, CasePeer, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
