Job Title: Personal Injury Case Manager (On-Site)
At DeLoach Law Firm, we’ve been advocating for injury victims across Georgia since 2019. With a results-driven and client-centered approach, our firm handles a wide range of personal injury cases, from auto accidents to wrongful death. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join us on-site.
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys
Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and bills
Monitor treatment progress and update case status regularly
Draft demand letters and assist in preparing case files for negotiation or litigation
Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and prioritized throughout the legal process

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing personal injury cases preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and personal injury procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
