Our Office is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can independently manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement while providing exceptional client service and maximizing case value.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the life of their case.
- Coordinate and monitor medical treatment.
- Order and review medical records and billing.
- Review police reports and investigate liability issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in Clio.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure cases continue progressing.
- Prepare settlement demands and supporting documentation.
- Negotiate bodily injury settlements with insurance adjusters.
- Evaluate medical specials, future treatment recommendations, and damages.
- Obtain and negotiate provider lien reductions.
- Coordinate settlement disbursements.
- Review settlement releases for accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to increase case value before settlement.
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to obtain the best possible results for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Injury Case Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury claims
- Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
