Bishara Law, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and phone-confident Case Manager to support our legal team. This is a remote role focused heavily on client communication and case coordination via phone. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at juggling multiple responsibilities.
🕘 Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Egypt time (to align with U.S. business hours)
📞 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of client phone calls with professionalism and care
• Conduct client intakes and open new case files
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide case updates
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure timely case progress
• Accurately enter and manage data across case management systems
✅ Requirements:
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills and comfort using case management software, spreadsheets, and cloud tools
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Prior experience in legal support or case management is a plus
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Dependable computer (laptop or desktop) with microphone and headset
