Case Entry Specialist Jobs in De Pere, WI at National Dentex
The Subrogation and Recovery Department of Cozen O’Connor is searching for a 1L, 2L or 3L to work up to 20 hour per week during the school year, and 35 hours per week during the summer with the Chicago office.
As a law clerk, you will be expected to:
1. Conduct legal research on several areas of the law for several different Midwestern states, including civil procedure, product liability law, variations on negligence and contract law and recoverable damages.
2. Assist in the drafting of pleadings, including complaints and other more substantive materials;
3. Assist in coordinating scene examinations following large, and often high profile losses;
4. Help draft and compile information needed to respond to discovery for cases already in litigation; and
5. Compile and summarize documents needed to prove damages in our cases.
Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in Subrogation and Recovery. Strong research and writing skills required.
