MoveDocs is seeking a Personal Injury
Case Coordinator
who is responsible for interacting with attorney customers and obtaining information to evaluate medical procedures.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Partners with attorney firms to evaluate personal injury cases and get authorizations
Grows relationships with attorney firms and medical providers
Provides recommendations from the scheduler for providers and appointments
Assists with scheduling patients as needed
Delivers customer satisfaction through timely, accurate research
Achieves weekly volume targets and quarterly measurements
Updates electronic client files while interacting with customers via telephone
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
2 years of experience interacting with personal injury medical cases
High School or GED required; some college preferred
Strong customer service skills
Commitment to detail and quality
Knowledge of medical terminology
Risk management experience helpful but not required
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
Interpersonal communication skills that drive success
Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office
Ability to type 35 wpm
Ability to work at a computer while on the telephone for up to 8 hours a day
Bilingual a plus
