Dos Santos Law, P.A. is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the positions of Entry Level Litigation Assistant/Paralegal. The Litigation Assistant will be responsible for assisting with respondung to discovery request and providing support to the legal team and ensuring that the firm remains in compliance with state legal regulations. The ideal candidates for this position must have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Duties will include at minimum:
Comply with litigation deadlines.
Draft discovery responses using proper templates.
Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict compliance with HIPPA Laws.
Qualifications and skills:
Familiarity with MS Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20,000.00 per year
